Q: How do I reset my password?

A: You need go to Login page and click on forgot password. A message with an OTP will be sent to your registered number. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues, you can contact our customer support team.

Q: What are the modes of payment?

A: You can pay for your order(s) on or our mobile app using the following modes of payment: a. Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay) b. Netbanking c. GooglePay, Phonepe, Mobikwik and many more wallets *Currently we are accepting only online payment.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on your website?

A: Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.

Q: How do I use my coupon code?

A: Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout there is a field where you can enter your coupon code. The corresponding amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice total.

Q: How does your account Wallet work?

A: The Wallet is a pre-paid credit account that is associated with your account. This prepaid account allows you to add the desired amount once and then shop multiple times without having to pay each time.

On the other hand, balances from Cancelled orders or any rewards from us will be credited directly to your account Wallet.

Q: Is there an expiry date to my Wallet credit?

A: No, there is no expiry date on the Wallet amount. Once the money is credited to your LIT Wallet, it stays there until it’s used.

Q: Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

A: Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can be delivered to one address at a time. If you want to place an order to a different address you need to place it as a separate order.

Q: Why are the shipping rates so high?

A: Once you finish adding products into your cart and choose a delivery address, shipping charges will be applied. This calculation is done based on the total weight of shipment and the delivery location.
